1. The deal
Fixitfy Upload is a free image hosting service operated by Fixitfy ("we", "us"). By uploading or viewing content, you agree to these terms. If you can't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What you can upload
Anything you legally own, were given permission to use, or that falls under fair use. Screenshots, art, photos, memes, RedM/FiveM showcase content, software UI, documentation images — all good.
3. What you must NOT upload
- Sexual content involving minors. Zero tolerance. We report to authorities and ban permanently.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn, deepfakes).
- Material that violates copyright you don't own — DMCA-safe fair use is fine, mass piracy is not.
- Doxing — personal information (addresses, IDs, private messages) of others without consent.
- Malware, polyglot files, or anything designed to harm a downloader.
- Content promoting violence against individuals or groups, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Anything illegal where you live or where our servers are located (Türkiye, EU).
4. Account & access
Sign-in is via Google OAuth. We use it only to associate uploads with you and prevent abuse — see our Privacy Policy. We can suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms; for severe violations we may delete your uploads and notify law enforcement.
5. The service is provided "as is"
We try to keep the service running 24/7 with redundant storage and CDN delivery, but we don't guarantee uptime, retention, or any specific feature. If our infrastructure is down, your images are temporarily unavailable; if our infrastructure is destroyed, your images may be permanently lost. Don't use Fixitfy as your only backup for anything you'd be heartbroken to lose.
6. Rate limits & abuse
Free accounts are rate-limited (default 5 uploads/minute, 200/day). We may adjust these limits, throttle, or block traffic that looks abusive (mass scraping, denial-of-service, automated content farms). API keys have separate per-key limits.
7. Removal & takedown
You can delete any of your own uploads from your dashboard at any time. For copyright takedowns or content reports, see Contact. We respond to legitimate DMCA notices and respect takedowns from authorized rights holders.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any damage arising from your use of Fixitfy Upload is limited to the amount you paid us — which, since the service is free, is zero. We're not responsible for content uploaded by users.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when we add features or laws change. We'll bump the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify signed-in users via the dashboard.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes go through Istanbul courts.
